PLACEMENT OF ORDERS

All catering is made fresh to order and therefore we require orders be placed by 6pm the day prior.

We do our best to accommodate short-notice orders and changes but all items and delivery times are subject to availability. Please notify us via phone before sending a short-notice order. All new orders or changes to existing orders requested on the day of delivery are subject to availability.
Weekend catering can be made available by special arrangement. A surcharge and out-of-hours staff costs apply.
All prices are subject to change. Any additional charges incurred will be invoiced after the event or function.

DELIVERY

All deliveries prior to 6am and after 5pm will incur an out-of-hours surcharge of $50 +GST. Please note, deliveries to areas outside Brisbane City and local surrounds are not available during peak hours (9am-10am, 11am-12pm or after 3pm), except by special arrangement.

PAYMENT

A tax invoice will be issued on day of the order. All orders require prepayment in full at the time of ordering unless an existing account is in place. Contact us at [email protected] to apply for an account, allowing five business days to process.
Prepayment options include direct transfer or credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card and AMEX. All credit card transactions incur a surcharge.
Any orders over $1,000 will require a non-refundable 20% deposit. Twelve hours’ notice must be given for all cancellations or the full charge of the order will apply. 

CANCELLATIONS

Twelve hours’ notice must be given for all cancellations or 100% of the full order charge will apply. This is non-negotiable. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.

EVENT WEATHER RESTRICTIONS

Access to event weatherproofing, power, running water and sufficient weather safety precautions are not the responsibility of Etto Cafe and Catering and need to be organised by the client, unless previously specified.

DIETARY SPECIFICATIONS

The Etto Catering and Cafe kitchen, and equipment used may contain traces of nuts, eggs, dairy, gluten or other allergens. While we understand the importance and necessary seriousness surrounding allergies, there is always the possibility of contamination depending on the produce sourced, or equipment used on products outside of Etto Catering and Cafe. While we take great care in decontaminating implements and equipment used, we cannot guarantee that allergen and dietary requirements can be met, and therefore accept no liability.

If you use this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below and any other laws or regulations which apply to this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from using this website. Etto Catering and Cafe reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on this website. Your continued use of this website following such notification will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended.

If the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other legislation states that there is a guarantee in respect of goods or services supplied, and Etto Catering and Cafe‘s liability for breach of that guarantee may not be excluded but may be limited, in the case of a

supply of goods, replacing the goods or supplying equivalent goods or repairing the goods, or in the case of supply of services, supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify Etto Catering and Cafe for all loss or damage, penalties, fines, expenses and costs (including legal costs) which arise out of or relate to your use of this website, any information that you provide to Etto Catering and Cafe via this website or any damage that you may cause to this website. This indemnification includes, without limitation, liability relating to copyright infringement, defamation, invasion of privacy and trade mark infringement.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

If a dispute arises regarding these terms of use, the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia will apply. In relation to any such dispute, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Queensland, Australia. If you access this website in a jurisdiction other than Queensland, Australia, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of that jurisdiction, to the extent that they apply.
